List of domains that cant be loaded comes up in my smartermail admin

When I log into my smartermail admin it loads the domains, but first comes a list of old domains that cant be loaded....
Where can I find this list on my dedticated windows server. SmarterMail Enterprise - 250 Mailboxes 
In the older version you could find a list of domains that were to be loaded, but on this one, I can't find it

You'll find the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\Service\Settings
domains.json
