Automatically moving incoming message to new folder

I just started this after using outlook for years. Want specific messages to move to new folder after receiving. Outlook had RULES to do this but I don't see any

In SmarterMail it is called Content Filtering.


"Move message - Delivers the incoming message to the folder you choose from the dropdown list. Note: If you later delete that folder and leave the content filter active, the filter will automatically create the folder when the action is triggered."
