Live Chat transcript to be sent automatically

Using latest smarter track version how can we include message transcript (full chat) in the Event > Live Chat Alert. Sending email to our internal group for monitoring purpose that how an employee/agent handle the client queries.

In Event Action we tried different variable but couldn't achieve objective

Live chat [#livechatnumber#] has a new message from #customername#.
Customer Email -- #customeremail#
Customer IP -- #customerip#
Message -- #message#
Messages Received -- #messagesin# 

Can you please assist. Thank you
