ClamAV "Failed Connections"

Resolved
checking the ClamAV report I see over 78.000 "Failed Connections" over the last week, what does that mean and is it something to be concerned about?

I see this issue if I update SmarterMail using MSI installer.

Reinstall it with .EXE installer solve the issue.

@Gabriele, thank you for pointing out this occurrence when installing with the MSI.  We have a task to investigate the MSI installer.

@Brian, are you using the MSI installer?

The issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in the next public release.

so do you recommend the MSI or EXE installer next time?

Both have been fixed. If you use the MSI you need to manually stop and start the App Pool.
