I keep getting notifications that my C drive is 99% full....

Hi,

I keep getting this notification:
C Disk Space Threshold
Your C drive is 99% full! 0 GB of space remains. 

But I still have over 11 GB available on my C drive.  Why am I getting this notification?  BTW I get this notification in the admin portal.

What build of SM are you using?  All we do is call a performance counter in Windows.  If that is failing, it may return zero.  There are ways to rebuild the performance counters in Windows that can sometimes become corrupt.  If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact support.

I am seeing this same problem. I get frequent notification emails saying...

Your G drive is 26% full! 0 GB space remains. 
Drive is in fact 26% full, but has 145MB of 199MB free as reported by both File Explorer..

...and the `Logical Disk->Free Megabytes` performance counter...


Note that I recently did swap out the G: and this started then. 

Any ideas what might be happening and how to fix it?

On SmarterMail Professional Build 8251 (Aug 4, 2022). Tried restarting the service, but no change. The notification that is firing is "Disk Usage >95%"...

Hello Josh, 

Since you have already stopped and restarted the SmarterMail service ( mailservice.exe )  can you try doing an uninstall and re install to see if this clears out the issue, If this continues to be an issue afterwards you can get a ticket going and we can dive in.
