MAPIOutlook Shared Calendar not working

Wonder if I am doing something wrong or MAPI Shared Calendar is not working in the current version.

Shared a Calendar.  New appointments in the shared calendar show in Web, Android and IOS but not in Outlook.

I have added the Shared Calendar per the article here

Calendar adds to Outlook fine with no errors.  But appointments do not show up.  So the Shared Calendar is now in Outlook but it is not syncing any data with the server.

This is the type of thing that a support ticket would be best for, since our staff can troubleshoot with you exactly what information is going back and forth across the wire.

I am not sure if you are aware of this, but the SmarterTools Community is just that, a user-driven community. It is not a direct line to support or the product developers. Some of our developers choose to respond to community posts in their free time, but if you want or require an answer from someone from SmarterTools, start a ticket.

Replying to threads just to call attention to try to get an official response, with no additional information or useful commentary, is not appropriate since we have free support available for those that need it. In the future any such responses will just be deleted.

Grady did not delete the response, it was brought to my attention by a moderator and I deleted it.  I’m the CEO, and your response was deleted because this is not a dumping ground for you to diminish ST or its employees.  This is a community for customers to communicate with each other to solve issues.  From time to time ST employees will participate and help customers or use it for a Public BETA. If you have questions, concerns or want to rant at us “with decency”,  you can communicate through support.  As everyone knows on this community, we are quick to respond and help customers.
