SPAM in Email Subject

Hi Guys,

Would like to ask help if how can I remove the SPAM word in the subject for 1 specific sender. I already added the email into trusted sender but it did not solve the problem, by the way the version that we are using now is smarter mail professional 13.6 Hope you can help me with this.
