Mailing List Subscriber Upload Not Working

Using version 7457 right now but this started happening at some point in the last few versions.

Customers are reporting that they can no longer upload their subscribers to a mailing list.  I have been able to reproduce the issue as well, using their exact file that they are trying to upload (and I've verified has no issues in it) as well as by creating a new upload file with just a couple email addresses in it.

The toast notifications that pop up are (there are 2 of them):

"Error Uploading"

and 

"An unknown error has occurred"

The second one of course being super useful :)  I can't find anything in the error logs either.

Shaun, I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues currently. Can I have you submit a support ticket on this? Alternatively if you could send over an example file for import via PM I can get this reported to development. Thanks in advance Shaun.

So is this fixed in the production version?  I didn't see it noted in any of the fixes in the last two BETA releases and the release notes for the production version is like searching for a needle in a haystack :)
