Hello -

 I noticed that when running SmarterMail under a virtual directory, i.e. www.domain.com/email, the auto-discover URLs don't include the virtual path component i.e. www.domain.com/email/mapi/... . I'm not sure if this is by design - though it is easily resolvable by overriding the auto-discover XML and modifying the URLs to point to the correct path. 

Additionally, the host field for auto-discover inherits the domain host name and is not editable (unless you override the XML). Assuming that convention may not always be the case, i.e. where the mail server is addressed at mx.domain.com and the UI is load balanced behind www.domain.com.
