Hello John, this sounds like it might be a scaling issue. Can I have you adjust your Windows Display Settings down to 100% scaling, then retest to see if this behavior persists? If it does, try logging in from another browser to see if the issue persists there as well. If you can send over your browser type and version information I can get some testing done on this as well.
