We sent this as an email to all customers, but I figured I'd post it in the Community as well:
As the coronavirus impacts all our lives, we wanted to update SmarterTools customers on how we will be handling the well-being of our employees and our customers in the coming weeks.
Starting March 17th, all SmarterTools employees will be working from home, full-time. This is not a permanent change, but something we feel is necessary to help minimize the spread of the virus.
Thankfully, working remotely isn’t new for us: throughout the last half of 2019, we implemented two (2) work from home days a week and we had a few employees working remotely. Therefore, we already have the systems, tools, policies and procedures in place to transition to this working environment without any interruption in our day-to-day operation.
In addition, in order to make ourselves more available to customers, we are returning to our five-day work week for the foreseeable future. Beginning immediately, our office hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. MST (GMT -7)
Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
While this is a stressful time, we hope this change gives you some peace of mind knowing that we’re here to help support you, your customers and the SmarterTools products you’ve come to depend on.
