[Beta] iOS Spike Mail not authenticating over EAS
Problem reported by echoDreamz - 3/12/2020 at 5:51 PM
Resolved
We have a user stating that their spike mail client is saying invalid username/password for EAS, even though the credentials are correct. I reproduced their issue on my iOS device as well. Either "Login failed" or says "Invalid username/ password".

Never heard of this client, but figured I'd report this bug as the user seems very serious about using it.

Show's the EAS login is completing, but nothing after that.

Chris, we are seeing similar behavior.  I have opened a ticket with the Spike Email app team and will post here anything I receive from them.

I have spoken with one of the developers on the Spike team. They are currently in the process of going strictly EWS and removing the ActiveSync component.  When they have finished this transition, it should work and will be retested.

As before, we have an open ticket with them. They are transitioning their product from ActiveSync to purely EWS. Once they have this completed, we can retest. At this point, we're waiting on them to implement their changes.
