[Beta] Enable Message Sniffer

I've tried to enable Message Sniffer and Cyren AntiSpam on our Beta version with no success, what's the next step?

Hi Viv, 

Can you please review your Licensing settings to verify that there are active subscriptions (paid or trial) for Message Sniffer and Cyren Antispam? If there are, is the issue that you can't enable these spam checks, or are the services simply not working once they are enabled?

Hiya
We are running the BETA with the demo licence key provided, clicking on any of the additional apps Message Sniffer Cyren etc, pops up a message There was an error starting your trial Contact Smarter Tools Sales. We weren't sure at the time of starting the BETA if we needed to use the BETA licence key or we could carry on with our standard key, we opted for the BETA key, could we simply re enter our normal licence key and continue with the BETA as normal?

Hi Viv, 

I believe you can continue with your paid license key. Give that a try and if you run into any trouble activating, we can send you a new trial license instead.
