BETA - SmarterMail Enterprise Version - 100.0.7369.29829 - Can't Auth MAPI AD

We seem to have an issue when trying to connect Outlook using MAPI via AD, the domain we are trying to auth has a trust with us and we confirmed it's all working by login to webmail using the domain creds.

We also have been able to successfully add the account using the EWS option via Outlooks "Exchange 2013 or earlier" option and works fine.

It seems to be only an issue using the MAPI solution.

Hey Gareth, you can turn your administrator logs to "detailed" and then check those for any authentication requests.  If you don't see any authentication requests in that log then we would need to capture a Fiddler trace to see how/where the client is submitting authentication requests.
