Smatermail Integration with SmaterTrack

I am trying to setup SmaterTrack to only allow users of my SmaterMail domains to be able to log in and create tickets and view the knowledge base.  I don't see any documents on how this can be done.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Good luck... as far as sharing passwords/userid for integration... It doesnt (unless something is new in last 6 mos) .. do that.
What you would have to do is set up SM .. to have unique link (which you can do) .. that goes into ST ...  Also on ST .. then you can determine if it is public or private Knowledge base...
I haven't spent much time in either.. for the last two releases..  but at the time there was no way for User XXXXX to automatically submit a ticket in ST .,. without filling out the forms in ST.
