Build 7359 server became unresponsive 99% CPU

We could not remote in.  Had to restart directly from the VM.

Ronald, I'm sorry to hear you had these issues! To narrow down the root cause we'll likely need to take a closer look at the server directly, so I've gone ahead and created a ticket from this post and will follow up with you shortly.
