event does not fire

I try to create an event such that all letters arriving in my mailbox outside working hours are forwarded to my personal mailbox. But the event does not fire. Neither adding a recipient, not sending mail or notifications. None of this works.
SmarterMail Enterprise Edition
Version: 16.3.6843

Dmytro, do you have your Events logging set to Detailed? What are those logs reporting?

Hi! Yes, it set to Detailed.
I will check it. But interesting - event fire for date limits, but not fire for time limits.

I make Event TimeOfDay and put 8 am - 5 pm (between), but it not working. After I change to Outside, it starts work, but it is incorrect. When "Outside" it works always.
