Beta 7348 cross matched domains

Resolved
After restarting the service this morning I have now two domains looking at the same hostname
How do I correct please?
If I alter one it alters the other, I have stopped and restarted the service in case that helped, but it didn't

Marked As Resolution
Adjust first account, stop service. Start service,  adjust second account, stop service
Start service now clean
