I cannot receive messages to my email account and get this text from "View Logs":

I have disabled greylisting from settings > antispam > greylisting options and I receive message successfully.

What is wrong in greylisting?

Have you tried stopping SM, deleting the greylist data file and then restarting SM?

What is the location for greylist data file?

For SM17 anyways.
