Change email password on a domain as system administrator

I am having an issue changing a password on a users email.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Logged  in as the system administrator.... but, won't let me change the password on the account

Hey Mark, are you seeing any error messages when you try to change the password?  If not, you can also open open the browser's developer tools (like F12 on Chrome) and see if the network tab shows any errors.
