Undelete Function

I tried to find a way to undelete a ticket but no luck. Search the Help and community but nothing.

I went to the database and found the ticket. There is a column called IsDeleted that had a 1, change to 0 and bam that ticket was back.

Not sure of this is supported but it worked. You guys may want to consider adding something that allows this from the GUI. I have delete tickets tuned off for users but we have routines that delete tickets and just needed one back.

Jay, to undelete a ticket you can perform an Advanced Search and configure it to find deleted items as well. Once you've located your deleted ticket, select it and you should see an Undelete button in the ticket interface.
