Is there a reason certain words are capitalized in the portal URLs? Like /Main/frmTickets.aspx. I only see this on the main portal page and the ticket page. The KB, news, community pages are all lower case. Why is Main capitalized? It bothers me. I guess I could force lower case using web.config or something, but can't you just make all the URLs all lower case so there is a consistent look?
