Schedule works if you schedule single ticket, but not when creating a new one or scheduling multiple tickets.

Since you have active Maintenance and Support on your SmarterTrack license key, you may want to submit a support ticket and attach an RSAA:


Then, one of our technicians can take a look at your installation.
