Has anyone used the GRP to EML converter? OR Know how to search across a domain?

I'm trying to convert every message in a domain into an eml so that it is searchable.  I have 300 users I need to search for a particular phrase and grp files are not plain text.  Does anyone have a way to automate the GRP utility? Or know of a way as the admin of the server to search for a phrase across an entire domain?

I’ve written a PowerShell script that searches GRP files for various keywords/phrases. It works well, but doesn’t search attachments.

The script will copy the GRP files that match to a separate folder. From here I ran a GRP to EML conversion and provided the files to my client (who was able to open them in their email client).
