Outlook 2019

I turned on Automatic replies using Outlook.

It only shows "inside my organization" as an option.

I have to use webmail to activate "outside my organiation" to make it show up in Outlook as an option.

Also when I turn on that feature in webmail it shows a different font in Outlook vs "inside my organization".

I assume this is not expected behavior.
