Email when ticket is assigned

Ho is possible to send the email to the operator that is assigned the ticket created on web interface or email?
Im using auto assign!

Ex: a user create a ticket, round robin assign the ticket to operator A. When the ticket is assigne need that the OPERATOR A got an email with created ticket then if he decide to answer via email or via web

Hi Ben, thanks for your help,

i was trying to follow your indication but it seems not work always at same way.
One time i got email from created another time i got email from transfered many time i dont get email.

Do you have any flow to follow?

Since your SmarterTrack license key has active Maintenance and Support, it may be worthwhile to submit a support ticket and have one of our technicians take a closer look to see why this doesn't seem to be working properly.
