I use Microsoft Office 365 and can not connect with Mapi. I enabled Mapi and autodiscover, but I don't can connect with Outlook. What is wrong?

Please provide more information about what is happening.

  • What version of Outlook are you using?
  • What error message (if any) are you receiving?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Also check that the user you’re connecting to has it enabled on the mailbox itself.
