Why 2step authentication settings not shown in my SmarterMail administration. Currently I'm using SmarterMail Professional Edition
Version: 16.3.6870

For what I know, 2FA is only available from SmarterMail 17 (or 100, or versionless however you want to name it).
16.x does not have 2FA.

edit: I'm not sure if it's available for profressional edition or if it need enterprise edition.
There is a chart here but it doesn't indicate anything about 2FA.
Maybe this should be updated by the team.

Thanks, Sebastien. Yeah, it's on our list to fix: it's not a version issue as 2FA is available on both Pro and Enterprise.

Hello Derek,

Okay, thanks. But 16.x has no 2FA, it's only 17+ ? Original poster seems to be running on 16.x.
I just want to be sure I answered correctly :)

Yeah, you are correct: 2-Factor Authentication was released in the new Build of SmarterMail. (Commonly known as 17.x)

It was released 3 december 2018. All releases since build 6911 are v17.
