Domain not respecting spam thresholds
Problem reported by Steve Guluk - 12/12/2019 at 10:05 AM
I have a site that while properly having a spam threshold to delete if > 30 it is not respecting this and still delivering emails (spam).

I've changed the settings (to try to reset) also restarted SmarterMail.
I also run Declude and MessageSniffer so not sure if those contribute to the problem.

Here's a view of one of the messages header:

Anyone run into similar issues and find a resolution?
