SMARTER MAIL lacks support to Contact Groups like MS Outlook does. Will the next release with MAPI support that?

If not, it will be a very pain for the users that use that function.

Currently manages 6 SmarterMail installations (1 in the cloud for SERSIS which provides services to a few hundred third-party email domains + 5 on-premise for customers who prefer to have their mail server in-house)

SmarterMail will support Contact Groups.  The latest Production BETA does work but there are some syncing issues and are part of the Known Issues list.  Keep an eye on our BETA builds.
