Resolved

Dear support staff

Testing MAPI with exchange online test failed.

autodiscover.xml cannot be found.

https://domain.xy:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

Regular access to interface or webmail over https works flawlessly

Hello,

I'm working with some customers over in this thread, https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a92606/beta-build-7264-cant-add-mapi-account-to-outlook.aspx . One or two of them I believe is having some autodiscover issues. I'm currently RDP'd in a test environment provided by them running through some tests and debugging steps.

I'll post back in this thread anything I discover, stay tuned!
