Database Disconnected

We have been using SmarterTrack for many years.  Today we got an error message "a database is required to use SmarterTrack".  How could it have lost the database connection?  How do we get it back?

Hi Mark,

I'm sorry to hear you lost connection to the database.  Without a support ticket and giving a support agent access to the server it would be difficult to say why this happened.  You should be able to get connected to your database again following the steps in our knowledge base article Change the Database Connection String
