Missing data - different each time I re-process log files

Hi

I'm running SmarterStats version 10.5.5751 and recently have started having problems with missing data.
Essentially, I just use SmarterStats to calculate a websites bandwidth usage. I import the previous months IIS logs at the start of each month and simply let SS process them.

Recently though, I'm seeing erratic gaps in the data, for example it shows data up until the 14th of the month, then nothing until the 20th, then more data for a few days, then empty again.

If I re-process the log files (I also tried creating a new profile for this website), I then get data missing in different periods. I ran a disc check which came back OK. I'm completely baffled, any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks, James

Same here. Totally inconsistent.

So, completely deleted the site and reimported. On the 20th log file, I saw something flash that said "Synchronizing Data" and it wiped out the previous 19 days. All that data was gone. I was running a report periodically to  look at the data and it just disappeared.

Next, I fed in 15 logs at a time. Great. Everything was working until it got to the last log of the first month I fed in. It went to phase 2 and wiped out all the previous stats for that month.

This thing is not ready for prime time by any stretch. I'm not sure how you can charge hundreds of dollars for something that is obviously terribly flawed. Wiping out data? That's an outstanding feature...
