Hide origin sender IP

Hi,
Recently some emails are being blocked by receivers anti-spam because of the public IP of the PC that sends the email is in Blacklist, not the SMTP Server IP, the SMTP Server IP OK, not in Blacklist, it's the public IP from the network of the PC with Outlook that made the sending.
Is there a way to hide/delete from the header the origin IP from the sender so it's not scanned on receivers anti-spam ? There is way to only send the SMTP Server's IP ?
Thanks
