I AM NOT ABLE TO SEND AND RECIEVE MAILS

i have installed smartermail and mx records updated in domain and ports are enabled in firewalls but still mail are not working.

mailservice is also running.

Did this ever work?

Is it a new install? If so did you enable all the settings -> protocols -> SMTP settings

Did you try mxtoolbox.com add your domain and see if it gives you any errors?

Can you connect using PuTTY or telnet: telnet <ip or DNS name> 25
