Hi Virendra. This type of migration should be very easy. Just don't migrate the Domains directory. Only migrate the SM install directory usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail.

actually i need to migrate the users with their previous passwords,
i do not want to create the users again,
if i copy just the C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail
i think this does not copy the users and neither their passwords
thank you,

I'm sorry that I misunderstood. In that case, what I think you should do is migrate the Domains directory, but exclude the .grp and.*stat files, but I'm hoping SM support chimes in here to verify if I'm correct or not. Thanks.

You want to use the standard migration KB article, but leave behind the GRP (mail content) and CFG (GRP indexes) files.
