Since the August 2 update, my users are getting Delivery Failures from our Journal (email archiver) account.

Resolved
For years I have had an email archiver which has worked perfectly. I have a rule set up so that every inbound and outbound email is copied to a journal@ account. It has never given me an issue until the August 2, update. Now my users are getting bounce backs from the journal@ account saying: Delivery has failed to these recipients: journal@ Remote Server returned: 'FailedAllAttempts'. Does not happen to all emails ... seems to be random, but has happened to multiple users. These emails do NOT show up in the email acrhiver.

Hello Joe,

It sounds like you might be experiencing an issue which has already been reported by others.  Please try upgrading your installation using the custom build I linked below.  If that doesn't resolve this issue let me know and I'll get a support ticket started for you.

In addition to Emily's comment above I recommend adjusting your Retry Intervals under Settings>General>Spool to:

1, 1, 5, 5, 15, 30, 30, 30, 30, 60, 90, 120, 240, 480, 960, 1440, 2880

Please also change the Notify Senders of Delay After X Attempts to 7. If this does not resolve these issues I recommend submitting a support ticket so we can take a closer look at this.

Kyle, wouldn't it make sense to release a new public build that fixes this problem?

I find it strange that custom builds have to be installed to work around such a major issue.
