Customers Can not create any ticket

recently i installed smartertrack free edition and i create account for some customer but none of them can create ticket, when they submit the ticket page reset everything and nothing happen and no thicket appearance in user or management interface.

any help please?!

Hello Ghasem.  Go to Settings >> Manage >> Departments.  Edit your department and select the Tickets tab.
Make sure "New Tickets in Portal"  is not set to Nobody.
