"Sorry your browser doesn't support video conferencing" While using Chrome.

I have a brand new smartermail server hosted by Hostek and Im really enjoying it so far with the one exception. I get an error message while trying to use video conferencing with Chrome. Chrome is listed as a supported browser and its what we use company wide. It all works fine with firefox but nobody in my domain has or uses it. So any suggestions? Thanks for any help you have to offer.

One thing to check would be to make sure that use of the camera and microphone are allowed for your SmarterMail server within Chrome's site settings.
