Unable to open tickets

While opening a ticket in SmarterTools portal, it shows - 

Licenses with active Maintenance and Support receive free technical support. To submit an incident for a license, please reinstate the Maintenance and Support on that license.                    

If I go to My Licenses , it shows all licenses active with status Protected. All are paid for. 

What seems to be the issue ?
