Reverse DNS on the Admin SPOOL page...

Reverse DNS used to show up on the SPOOL page but now all I get is "Loading...".   I have the latest Free Version of SmartMail Build 7153.  Can I fix this with a configuration setting?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I can confirm the same issue here. 


note: I've tried a reverse lookup of these ip address from the server shell and they resolve successfully from command line.

Sometimes you need to refresh after visiting this page in order to see the updated rDNS entries. This is because we don't check the rDNS until the page is visited, anything you see as "Loading..." should hopefully be filled in on the next visit to the page. I'll admit this is not great behavior and it's something we should look into fixing. I believe this is on our bugs list.

EDIT: Not on the list but is now.

Hi Matt,

Tried refresh / logout / login. They still display "Loading..."

edit: seems to me it only affects "Top Inbound IP Addresses". 
"Top Outbound IP Addresses" is always OK (except some with N/A but I guess it means there is not reverse DNS for these)
