Hi Richard. My company created Declude. I will be happy to help. All authenticated senders should be automatically whitelisted by Declude if you have the whitelist auth directive turned on in Declude which it should be by default. This tells me that it is not being triggered for some reason. Can you please send me a copy of your global.cfg file to the email address in my signature or post the contents here and I will be happy to have a look? Thanks.
