A couple of questions:

1. If an end user specifies a CC address when completing a Services2 CreateTicketFromCustomerWithCC request, is the person being added as a CC supposed to receive a copy of the SmarterTrack autoresponder. It doesn't appear to work if it is supposed to.

2. If the end user includes an inline image in the request html body, the autoresponder appears to only include the image if it is smaller in size. In this case it's an icon. Here's a successful autoresponder image inclusion :
