smartermail 17 spam settings

Hello All

Any one suggest smartermail spam settings , I tried some of the mail settings but not worked as expected. Refer below link and suggest medium spam weight 14 but smartermail community mail weight 19 and moved junk folder

Hello Binesh! I reviewed the headers you provided and it looks like this might be due to the connection to one or more of your URIBL lists not returning quickly enough. Can you try setting your primary/secondary DNS server addresses to Google under Settings>General?

Google DNS 1: 8.8.8.8
Google DNS 2: 8.8.4.4

Yes I did configure already google DNS , Let me know any other possible issue ?

You should not be using public DNS servers, the DNS servers used by SmarterMail should only use root hints beyond the network edge and not forwarders and are dedicated to the SmarterMail servers, if your network can allow, as described here. Have you tried backing up your existing settings, resetting to the latest version 17 defaults and then merge and required existing settings (via text editing the json)?

Yes I revert google DNS ,  I think one of my client domain trusted list and IP under white list still the domain email going to spam folder or delete above spam weight 30 .
