/popout/notifications appearing in plain-text?

Have tested this across Edge, IE, FF and Chrome all latest versions, same results.

SM Free Edition 7090 - seeing plain text instead of interpreted text in the available messages list

(copied straight from the server to take any in-between processing out of the equation)

If I compare that to what I get on our SM enterprise server 7080 for the same message

Any thoughts/ideas?
