Migrate e-mail accounts from cPanel to Smartermail

Hi,

I have a costumer that is interested in migrating his e-mails from cPanel to SmarterMail (cPanel is hosted by another ISP and SmarterMail is hosted by me). He needs to migrate around 1000 e-mail accounts.

How is the easiest way to do it? Using the "migration tool" for each user unfortunately is not an option. Is there any tool that can migrate the entire domain (all user accounts with e-mails)?

I'll be using the last version of SmarterMail (V.17 build 7090).

You can leverage a tool like IMAPCopy or IMAPSync to queue up all 1000 accounts via a standard txt/json file, then allow this server to migrate all mail data over automatically. Otherwise your best bet would be the mailbox migration wizard, and you can instruct users on how to set this up themselves.
