Message exceeded the domain's maximum message size limit

Not A Problem

I can only received emails, but cannot send/reply.

I have change my maximum message limit on user account but still got same message 

"Message exceeded the domain's maximum message size limit"

Please help.

Hi Elle,

The Max Message Size limit can be set by the system administrator when editing the configuration for the domain.  If you don't have this level of access it would be a setting your email hosting provider can adjust.

Meanwhile, try to reduce any attachments that may be included on the message.  This would decrease the individual message size so that you can once again send outbound emails.
