Inbox not refreshing automatically

About a week ago Smartermail Inbox stopped refreshing on it's own.  Using Version: 16.3.6870. Please advise when this will be fixed.

Hello David,

Thank you for reaching out.  I couldn't help but notice the version you're running is not the latest minor release of version 16.x.  I recommend performing a minor upgrade on your server.  After the upgrade if you find that there is still a need for technical support I would then suggest logging in and submitting a support ticket or upgrading your server to the latest build.

Additionally, David, if you open the browser console you should see something similar to the following. If you see that the SignalR check failed, this would explain why your interface is not updating.  Usually a restart of the IIS application pool resolves this.
