Manage a Domain, Choose Impersonate - Error Msg "Quota Exceeded"
Question asked by Tim DeMeza - 4/16/2019 at 12:52 PM
Answered
I am running build 7008 of Smartermail.

I select a domain from the list, choose "Manage", then the Impersonation dialog appears.  I press the Impersonate button and I little red message appears on the bottom right side of the browser.  It says "Quota Exceeded"..

Anyone have any ideas on this one?  It won't let me past the Impersonation dialog.  Takes me right back to the manage page for the selected domain.

Thank you,
Tim

Tim, my first suggestion would be to try updating to our latest minor release to see if this does the trick. If not, you may be able to manually up the user's quota in the JSON files so that you can get back into the domain and edit the quotas. You may want to submit a support ticket though as I don't think the quota should prevent you from accessing the admin account of the domain.

This seems to occur regularly (however not every time) when using Edge.  Not sure why, but if I use Firefox, no issues.

Thank you,

Tim, that could be the source of trouble right there. Microsoft is working on rebuilding Edge with the Chromium engine currently due to known issues, at which point we anticipate it working much better in our environments.
