In the bottom left corner in the mail/contact/calendar area you'll see a list icon. When you click on that if anyone has shared a resource with you, you should see "Map Folder", hit that and you will get a modal that lets you select and attach.

Yes, the modal will show the the list of folders available for mapping. You can then select the ones you want and map them. You will have to do this for each folder.
